What this website is

This website describes Prowortex, our software products and our custom software services, and lets you contact us. Information on it is general. It is not an offer, a quote or a promise of any particular result.

Products and projects have their own terms

Our products, such as Lead Engine, run on their own websites and are governed by the terms shown there. Custom work is only agreed in a separate written agreement that we both accept before anything is built. Nothing on this website, and nothing in an enquiry or our reply to it, creates a contract for products or services.

Sending us an enquiry

When you use the contact form or email us, please give accurate information and do not send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the form or by email. We use what you send to respond to you, as set out in our privacy policy. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either of us to work together.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website. In particular, do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, do not send spam or automated submissions through the form, and do not copy it in a way that suggests it is yours or that we endorse you.

The text, design, logo and illustrations on this website belong to Prowortex or its licensors. You may view the pages and share links to them. You may not copy or reuse our content or branding for another purpose without our written permission. Product names and logos belong to their owners.
