Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026.
This policy explains what personal information Prowortex ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers prowortex.com only. Our products, such as Lead Engine, run on their own websites with their own privacy policies.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, your company (optional), what you are interested in, your message, a budget range and a timeline (both optional) and any links you choose to share. We also record the page you were on when you opened the form, the address that sent you to our site (if your browser shares it), any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the time you agreed to be contacted. We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.
When you email us at admin@prowortex.com, we keep the email and our replies in our mailbox.
When you visit any page, our server keeps a short-lived technical log, including your IP address and the pages requested. We use it only to keep the site secure and working, and to diagnose faults.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics scripts on this website. We do not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies, so your browser does not contact third parties to show you our pages. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Cookies
We use one cookie, and only on pages with a form. It is a security cookie that protects the form from being submitted by other websites. It is removed when you close your browser, and it is not used to identify or track you. Because it is strictly necessary for the form to work safely, it does not need a consent banner.
Why we use your information
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and to follow up on it. We do this because you asked us to and agreed to be contacted when you ticked the box on the form.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix faults. We do this because it is necessary to run the site safely.
We do not use your enquiry to send you newsletters or marketing. If we ever want to, we will ask you first.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is sent to our mailbox and stored in the website's database. It is handled by the people who run Prowortex. To do this we rely on service providers: our hosting provider (which runs the server the website and database sit on) and our email provider (which delivers and stores our email). They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to follow up on the work or conversation it leads to. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below) and we will. Deleted enquiries can remain in our backups for a short time until they are overwritten. Technical logs are also removed automatically after a short period.
Where it is stored
The website and its database are on a server operated by our hosting provider. Our email is held by our email provider. Depending on where those providers operate, your information may be processed outside the country you live in.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these, email admin@prowortex.com from the address you used. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If we change how we use information you have already given us in a way that matters, we will tell you before we do.
